Vincent Paul Finigan, Jr.
Chairmain
Mr. Finigan graduated from the University of San Francisco (BA '68; JD '72) and has practiced law as a business litigation trial attorney in San Francisco for the past 36 years. He was with Brobeck Phleger & Harrison (1972-2003) and Morgan Lewis & Bockius (2003-2007) and is now of counsel with Snyder Miller & Orton LLP. In addition to various legal and philanthropic affiliations, Mr. Finigan is a Director of KKR Financial Holdings LLC (2006-present).

John Chisholm, CustomerSat Chairman & CEO, has three decades of experience in general management, marketing/research, and strategy. He founded CustomerSat in 1997. A pioneer in online marketing research, he founded Decisive Technology (now part of DoubleClick), publisher of the first shrink-wrapped software for conducting surveys via email, in 1992. Earlier, he served in management and marketing positions at HP, Xerox, and Grid Systems. He is a member of the visiting committee of the MIT department of mathematics; vice president of the MIT worldwide alumni association; and chairman of the MIT alumni association of northern California. He is author or co-author of two US patents in Internet polling technology. He holds Bachelor of Science and Masters degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Patrick K. Hines
Mr. Hines graduated from the University of San Francisco (Economics) and was appointed a National Bank Examiner where he was awarded the highest commendation bestowed by the United States Treasury for enforcement. Mr. Hines then joined Wells Fargo Bank and became responsible for the Corportae Banking Group in the Western Region and Hawaii. After Wells Fargo, Mr. Hines became the Chief Credit Officer for the Xerox Corporation Financial Services Group and is now a Senior Vice President of the US Bank headquartered in San Francisco. Mr. Hines has been involved with many philanthropic organizations and is currently a director of QueeensCare and iParadigm.
Cameron Phleger
Cameron Phleger, a fifth-generation Californian, graduated from Wheaton College in Massachusetts with a degree in sociology. She wrote her senior theisis on the Head Start and Charter school programs in the U.S. She now works as a pre-primary teacher in San Francisco, where she resides. She is also involved in a number of education projects in and around San Francisco,raising awareness about inner-city children and education.
