"Tobacco Control: We've come a long way. . .Maybe!"

Mr. Pertschuk is brought to us by Dr. James Fries, a founder of the Healthtrac Foundation. Mr. Pertschuk has been the leading strategist and advocate for tobacco control for almost 35 years, and has been the most aggressive Federal Trade Commission Chairperson in history in pursuing healthe-jeopardizing marketing and promotion. As a founder of theAdvocacy Institute he has helped build the capacity of citizen groups to advocate policies in the public interest, and has focused on tobacco, alcohol, and gun control.
