"Women's Health - The Evolution of a New Interdisciplinary Field"
Presented by Dr. Eileen Hoffman. Dr. Hoffman is a guest of MICHAEL JACOBS. She is an Assistant Professor of Medicine and Associate Director for Education at the Mt. Sinai Women's Health Program in New York City. She is the author of OUR HEALTH, OUR LIVES - a Revolutionary Approach to Total Health Care for Women , published in 1995. Her goal is to provide a reframing of women's health beyond reproductive care. While here she will be talking with leaders in the Center for Women's Health at Stanford, and meeting with those organizing the Women's Health Clerkship at the School of Medicine.
