The REAL Program
Redwood Environmental Academy of Leadership
About REAL
The REAL Program is part of a Stanford K-12 Initiative Grant and a partenership with the Sequoia Union High School District. Stanford students are able to work closely with high school students at Redwood High School, about a 20 minute drive from Stanford campus. Students gain experience with mentoring, teaching, and developing course curriculum.
Get Involved
The program now runs five days a week at Redwood High School. Volunteers opportunities range from coming to the school on a weekly basis or helping out with quarterly field trips. Get in touch with a SEEDS officer to learn more about the REAL program.Photos from Class and Field Trips:
