Ask ERIC Lesson Plans - an indexed database of science lessonplans.

Earth Sciences Lesson Plans and Activities - title speaks for itself.

Discover Earth: Lessons on Global Climate Change - lesson plans related to climate change, including topics covering global warming, and many other basic climatic topics. Probably for older ki ds.

Center for Environmental Education - Provides a searchable index for environmental related websites - not too many specifically related to teaching, however.

The Environmental Education Link provides a huge amount of resources, including links to other organizations, search pages and databases. I strongly urge everybody to thorougly explore this site thoroughly.

Explorer This site is awesome. It has both a science curriculum set up, as well as a searcheable database of detailed curricula, labs and activities for all kinds of topics. I highly recommend.

Newton's Apple Website has some interesting lesson plans, but better yet, good activities to do to demonstrate those concepts.

Smithsonian website -Really good ecology type lessons, well constructed, with lots of print outs and other graphics that can be given to students. Better yet, the lessons are organized into themes (such as rocks, the ocean, reptiles, etc.) so that you can actually have a series of such lessons. I highly recommend these if you need quality lesson.

This site has some interesting Earth Science activities and lesson plans. Especially nice because it is organized around grade levels, so it will be far easier to choose a lesson.

Here are some general science lessons on the web. It's K-8, but there is enough in the K-5 range to make it worth looking through.

I hope these help, at least as a foundation for your lessons.
