Why reinvent the wheel when past SEED groups have already done it for you?  Let their experience help you in planning your own lessons.  Evaluations forms with lesson materials from SEED lessons taught in past years are available in a notebook in the SEED library.  The library is located in "The Barn" on the second floor of the Haas Center for Public Service.
