We want to be a part of this documentary project because we are excited about where the ideals of leadership, entrepreneurship, and community service in Southeast Asia can take us. As filmmakers, we want to explore the strength of vision, the power of what people can do when they want to make change. We want to capture the unique relationships among volunteers and those that they reach out to. We want to explore what it means to give opportunity through technology and look at the difference something as basic as a computer can make in someone's life and chance to succeed. Can 20-year-old somethings truly make change? How sustainable is the cycle of teaching and learning, from one student generation to another? We have many questions and this trip would truly be a journey of exploration that can ultimately change our lives as well as the lives of others.
