Youth Creativity, Innovation & Sustainable Leadership Program
with Wasedajuku
A workshop to explore the creative universe of young students for the benefit of sustainability. Organized in collaboration with GPI US.

Venue: Stanford University

A group of students from Wasedajuku, based in Tokyo, visited CSDGC for a Youth Creativity, Innovation and Sustainable Leadership workshop. The workshop introduced topics that link creativity with innovation and leadership. Students were encouraged to focus on sustainabiity solutions. Taken together, the workshop afforded lessons in preparing for the transition from high school to college, and lifelong learning.

Key elements of the workshop included:

• Conversations on the topics of sustainability and emotional intelligence.
• Interactive individual and team activities to promote emotional intelligence, creative thinking and leadership.
• Project work to demonstrate the process of innovation and develop leadership insights.
• The influence of a positive mindset on creative thinking and energy.
• Mentoring by CSDGC interns.
