ABOUT US

The Stanford Project for U.S.-China Dialogue is a newly established student initiative to foster exchange of ideas between American and Chinese college students by means of digital technology. We want to challenge the current “information asymmetries” of misunderstanding and miscommunication between the two countries, particularly among college students, when information flow is either dominated by mainstream media or controlled by government. We publish original works authored by American and Chinese students in our website. Committed to the mission to bridge the gap between the two most important global powers in the 21st century, we hope to inspire original thinkings and foster meaningful discussions on critical issues of U.S.-China relations and the changing social dynamism in both countries.
