Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
Developed by Katharine C. Briggs and Isabel Briggs Myers, this
instrument has been widely employed internationally by many organizations as a tool of
improving productivity. By answering a set of self-evaluation questions, the result
will help show you:
- How you like to look at things, and
- How you like to go about deciding things.

Enneagram
The Enneagram (pronounced any-a-gram) is a study of the nine basic types
of people: Perfectionist, Helper, Achiever, Romantic, Observer, Questioner,
Adventurer, Asserter, and Peacemaker. It explains why we behave the
way we do, and it points to specific directions for individual growth. It is an
important and interesting tool for improving relationships with family, friends, and
co-workers.

Optimism and Pessimism
How do you think about the causes of the misfortunes that befall
you? Do you consider them helpless most of the time, and then just give up? Do
you habitually face bad situations by saying: "It's me, it's going to last forever,
and it's going to undermine everything I do"? If this is the case, there could
be elements of pessimism inside you. But is Pessimism curable? Can Optimism
be learned? |
