| You can help.
As an initiative dedicated to crossing
boundaries between units within the university and opening avenues
between the university and the public, ARC needs the support
of many constituencies, both on campus and in the community.
If you have an interest in furthering the study and appreciation
of the religions and cultures of Asia, please consider joining
us in this venture. |
| Programming.
The ARC initiative is primarily
a facilitator of the interests of its various constituencies.
It seeks to bring related interests together, to build working
connections among groups, and to translate ideas into actual
programs. If you have suggestions for programs that might be
appropriate for ARC, please share them with us and join with
us in making them happen. |
| Funding. The ARC initiative was launched by a startup grant
from the Stanford President's Fund. Although it continues to
receive support from various units of the university, the initiative
needs help from the community in order to build on its successes
and develop its full potential. If you or your organization would
like to support the ARC mission or any of its programs, please
consider a contribution to the initiative. Contributions may
range from one-time support for a particular event, through sponsorship
of one of ARC's programs, to a named fund to endow the initiative
in perpetuity. |
