Presented in two eight-week installations, The Elegant Gathering features 80 superb examples of Chinese painting and calligraphy dating as far back as the seventh century-all selected from the Yeh Family Collection, an extraordinary set of artworks assembled by three generations of a prominent Cantonese family and donated to the Asian Art Museum in 2003.
