Rita was recruited from the Stanford Graduate School of Business to the Sage and Sweet-Cordero labs in August 2009. Her arrival in the office correlates very precisely with an improved organization and a better efficiency. Rita has rapidly become essential to the well-being of both labs, and people have started to talk about the B.R. (Before Rita) and A.R. (Anno Rita) eras.
