Caitlin was born in Denver where she learned to enjoy the outdoors. She is a marathon runner and has promised to train Julien for the San Francisco marathon. She is also interested in geology and ecology.

Caitlin joined the Sage lab in March 2008, a moment she has already defined in her life as March madness. She is currently working on developing novel vectors to study cancer initiation and progression in mice. Her long-term goal is to go the Medical School and to save lives.
