Romanian books in Stanford's libraries
Go to Socrates and click the upper right tab ("Combined search"). In the "language" field select "Romanian" then click "Search Catalog" above it. In February 2004 the search returned 9212 books!

A unique opportunity for seeing unique things, some of which you can view right now: Hoover's Album of Romanian Images, or Documenting Romania's Long Struggle. The Hoover Institution Archives and Library have a long and distinguished history of Romanian Studies, in recognition of which their Director, Ms. Elena Danielson, was awarded Romania's National Order Pentru Merit – rank of Comandor.
