The Reliability of Marine Structures (RMS) program was created to the study of the behavior of offshore structures in extreme environments. The formal RMS program has been discontinued as of 2002; software generated by the RMS effort is supported by Prof. Bert Sweetman at http://www.rms-group.org. This website will continue to be maintained to facilitiate access to publications produced by the program, as well as past and current publications related to seismic engineering, some of which has been funded by RMS.
