Chat with Provost Etchemendy

Thursday October 23^rd, 6pm in the lounge

Provost Etchemendy, the man who operates Stanford, visited us one Thursday night. He took the time to ask each student what they like and dislike about Stanford, and was very receptive to ideas for improving the place. From satisfaction with the computer science department’s teaching to dissatisfaction with how White Plaza has turned up, the conversation touched nearly every corner of the University. The provost kept our rapt attention for over 2 hours, finishing with a welcome for anyone to email him with questions or comments at etch@stanford.edu .
