- The Roble Theater and the Roble seminar room are common spaces that can be reserved.
- The Roble Theater and Roble seminar room can only be reserved by the resident fellows or the resident assistant they designate.
- No alcohol may be served in the common spaces because Roble contains freshmen. That policy applies to any group reserving the Theater or seminar room.
- Preference in reserving the space is given to members of Roble Hall. That member must make the request and will be held accountable for the group's actions.
- Groups without a Roble resident will be accommodated based solely at the discretion of the resident fellows or the resident assistant they designate.
- All events in Roble Theater must be open for participation or observation by members of the Roble residence.
- Any group that reserves space must recognize and respect the designated quiet hours in Roble.
- Groups that reserve the Theater or seminar room are responsible for leaving the space clean and ready for use. They will be held accountable for any damage done to the space.
- You must provide your own Audio/Visual equipment if needed. Roble is not responsible for providing A/V equipment.
- Requests to reserve Roble seminar room must be made in writing (email is just fine.) Requests must contain the name of the group, the number of people anticipated, the hours requested, any Roble affiliation, whether or not food will be served, and any requests for additional space, including and especially one of the dorm kitchens.
- Requests should be made one week in advance.
