Young Frederic, a \"pirate-in-training\" has just come of age and finished his time working with the fearsome Pirates of Penzance. He falls in love with the daughter of a modern Major General, and is thereafter caught between is loyalty to his piratical duties and his love for Mabel. Exciting battle between the horde of pirates and a troupe of policemen ensues, culminating in either a tragic ending where everyone dies, or a comic conclusion where everyone is happily married. Body Worlds 2 features more than 200 authentic human specimens preserved through Plastination, including whole bodies, individual organs, and transparent body slices. The exhibit offers visitors an in-depth view of the intricately designed human body, comparative anatomy showing wellness and disease, and the mysterious world of the brain.
