Because of varying time constraints, a Mix'n'Match Format was used, in which matchups were pretty pretty much chosen at random. Well, not quite: I wanted Monica and Anika to get a chance to play, and Will and Aaron both wanted to play tune-up games with Matthew in preparation for going to Berkeley this week. I suspect Todd was there to scoop up points and start scooting up the ladder, and Jesse wanted to play everyone--multiple times, if possible. This was Lexy Franklin's introduction to the club (he was spotted standing around the courts, and we figured that he came to play, given his top-of-the-line racquet (same as mine, hehe) and offical racquetball backpack). Needless to say, Jesse grabbed him and they were still at it when I left.
Scoring: since we didn't stick to the KoH format, we're going to try scoring points for general club games. Ladder points are awarded based upon the players' relative ladder rankings at the start of the club practice:
