Seminar in Psychiatry and Law

This seminar introduces principles of law that every psychiatrist needs to know. We also discuss the legal aspects of hospital psychiatry and the forensic competencies that a psychiatrist performing an assessment for legal purposes must possess. The seminar is organized by Harvey Dondershine, M.D., J.D. and taught with the assistance of Drs. Anthony Cozzolino, John Greene, and Brad Novak.
