Abstract Submission:
Abstracts of papers (between
250-400 words) should be submitted online by August 19, 2005
to (see the link on the left). Since
acceptance decisions are based on the abstracts, they should cover
the main arguments of the paper and be written concisely and
clearly. Authors may be contacted for clarifications on their paper
and should remember to provide their contact information on the
online submission Webpage.
Notification of Acceptance:
Abstracts are evaluated based on
their perceived quality and their relevance to the conference
themes. Authors will be notified of the organizing committee’s
decision by August 31, 2005.
Authors whose papers have been accepted will be invited to present
their paper at the conference. They will be offered a scholarship
that covers their travel costs to Stanford University (if not local)
and accommodations during the conference.
Full Paper Submission:
Full papers (in Microsoft Word
format) should be submitted no later than Monday
September 26, 2005.
Papers submitted later than this date will not be included in the
proceedings of the conference.
PowerPoint Presentation:
Selected Authors are asked to provide Powerpoint presentations to
the organizing committee no later than Monday
September 26, 2005.
Presentations will have a length of 20 minutes, with another 20
minutes reserved for Q&A and discussions
