Kevin’s research is focused on the diversity of MHC genes in primates. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of California, Irvine. He first became interested in immunology when he joined a viral immunology lab at UCI studying the interactions between antibodies and Fc receptors on NK cells and macrophages in response to HIV. Kevin eventually plans on attending graduate school.
