ANONYMITY:

If you choose to complete the Self Analysis survey, you will be provided with a pesonalized reading of your score on the Eating Attitudes Test (EAT-26).

At no time in this process will we be asking for, or able to obtain, any information that could be used to identify you. Your scores and all information in the survey are entirely anonymous and confidential.

Your total score and responses to the 26 multiple choice questions will be submitted to our database. We will be analyzing the data to gain an overall picture of the student population as represented by this voluntary survey. Some of these results may be published at a later time.

The reading of your EAT-26 score is based on the raw score you submit, and is generated by a simple algorithm within our website. No person will see your particular raw score at the time of submission. If you find at any time that you would like more personalized information, please visit our resources page.
