Wnt secretion cells

Does anybody know what kind cell/tissue types secret Wnt protein in human, during embryonic development or AFTER the development? Epithelial, endothelial, endocrine .... or any kind other cell types?

That's a question I ask myself plenty of times. In the mammary gland, some answers were given in this paper:
