Abstract | Wnt signaling has been demonstrated to regulate diverse cell processes throughout the development of the Caenorhabditis elegans embryo. This chapter describes methods that have been used to investigate some of these Wnt-dependent processes: endoderm specification, mitotic spindle orientation, and cell migration. |
