NO top talker in a class?

Hi all,

About a month ago, I noticed some abnormal lumps in the outbound/default
traffic curve; I slapped on a top-talker analysis and got no hosts listed
when I checked the top-talkers output (via either the GUI or the CLI).  I
didn't have time to pursue the issue then, but just now went back, noticed
the funny bumps again, and again got NO hosts listed when I checked the
top-talkers.  

Has anyone seen anything like this before?  Anyone have any suggestions for
how to fix it or get around it?
