I upgraded to 6.11 on a 6500 and a 4500 no issues
what-so-ever...

Yesterday afternoon I put 6.1.1 on a 2500 that is not actively shaping.  Before the upgrade I removed the 6.0.2 plugins.  Upon booting with 6.1.1 the PS complained about the configuration including Winny classes.  I couldn't find any plugins for 6.1.1 so I reinstalled the 6.0.2 plugins.  It stopped complaining.
