VPN traffic class Q

We've got a Cisco VPN concentrator.  I installed a 2nd interface in the
shaper and routed the inside interface of the VPN box through the 2nd
shaper interface.  (The outside interface is connected outside the
firewall)  I then set up an inbound class for VPN with a matching rule
that shows all traffic coming from the inside IP address programmed into
the VPN box (10.14.1.1 in this case).   I have a VPN'er using the
connection, but the shaper is not showing any traffic hits in the
created class.  It's somewhere, but ?  Any ideas where I missed the
connection?
