Summary
The Admin Team record was created to allow an easy
way to designate a set of people to be a Node's administrator rather than
listing each individual for that Node. For instance, if the Computer
Resource Center (CRC) is maintaining a node, the CRC Admin Team can
be listed as the administrator of that node, instead of listing each
CRC staff member as an administrator. The record for the CRC Admin Team
will show contact information and members.

Fields

Name- name of Admin Team can contain
up to 65 characters. The following symbols are not allowed:
less than (<), greater than (>) and semicolon (:).
Email- general email address of
Admin Team. For example, "consult@leland" or "help@networking".
Phone- general telephone number
of Admin Team.
Department- if the Admin Team
is acting as the local network administrator for a department, this
department should be listed here. Then the Admin Team will be included
on the LNA list under that department.
Members- list of people in Admin
Team. People are currently not listed in any particular order.
All members must have valid sunetids.
Group- this Admin Team can only
be modified by Users with rights to this Group and rights to Admin
Team records.

be added here. This field is searchable with Full Search.
