be modified by the User. The bottom half can be modified by the User.
If you are not able to change the fields you need, please submit a
HelpSU ticket.

Associated Fields:
Name - This
is your original SUNet id, also known as kerberos principal. In other
words, this is the account name that you use to login to Stanford
Web Auth pages or PC-Leland or MacLeland.
Comment - Comments added
probably by the account creator. This field is searchable with Full
Search.
LNA Department - You
are considered the local network administrator for these departments.
Other Departments - These
are departments that you are affiliated it. For example, a staff member
in CRC may be acting as the LNA for the Office of General Counsel
because of a contract agreement, but the User's actual department
is CRC.
Record Access - This
lists the records that you can create, modify or delete. You must
be in the same Group as the record to modify or delete it. "All Records"
means you can modify any type of record which shares a Group with you.
Member Groups - This
is a list of Groups that you belong to. You can modify or delete records
that share a Group with you, if you have the correct record access.
You can add Nodes to a Domain or use IP addresses in an address space
if you share Groups with the Domain and address space. "All Groups"
means you have rights to all groups
Default Group - Records
that you create will automatically be placed in your default Group.
You can change your default to be to any of your member Groups. Note
that all Users are in the Stanford Group so, for best security, do
not make Stanford your default Group.
Default Domain - This
is the Domain used when you do not specify a Domain when creating
a Node. For example, if your default Domain is "stanford.edu" and
you create Node "MyNode", the full name of this Node is "MyNode.stanford.edu".
You can change your default Domain by selecting from the list of Domains
that you share a Group with.
Default Address Space - When
creating a Node, NetDB will automatically assign the next available
address in your default address space. You can change your default
address space by selecting from the list of address spaces. Note that
the list of address spaces are only those that share Groups with you.
