Well, all is well here in South Carolina at our training camp. We are working out very hard and trying to build team unity in a short period of time.

I am one of the captains responsible for not only creating good chemistry with the athletes but also working with the ten coaches who are also here. More coaches than gymnasts.

Its somewhat hectic but everyone realizes the the common goal and we are working productively towards that.
