Sameer Patel, writes at Pretzel Logic, a blog about Enterprise 2.0 execution and Social Software.

Sameer heads consulting teams that focus on leveraging the social computing paragdigm (also known as Enterprise 2.0) to accelerate business performance in the Enterprise. Previously, as founder of Span, Sameer led a consulting firm that worked large organizations helping them define and execute sustainable programs that drive lead generation, sales and marketing effectiveness, customer acquisition and employee productivity. His client roster has included well known organizations such as Sun Microsystems, McKessonHBOC, WR Wrigley Jr. Co., BitTorrent, Ingres, The Sabre Group, and Grupo Televisa (Mx). Prior to Span, Sameer was Director, Strategy and Business Development at LiquidThinking and led the Technology Strategy Practice within the Strategy Consulting Group at marchFIRST (USWeb/CKS / Mitchell Madison Group).
Sameer is currently building a new kind of services firm that helps organizations rethink and execute communication and commerce in the social connected extended enterprise.


Neil Rubens is an Assistant Professor at the University of Electro-Communications in Tokyo, Japan.  His research interests are developing practical methods for data mining, machine learning and artificial intelligence. presentation
