The National Biological Information Infrastructure (NBII) is an electronic gateway to biological data and information maintained by federal, state, and local government agencies; private sector organizations; and other partners around the nation and the world.

The Hawaii Ecosystems at Risk (HEAR) Project maintains a Hawaiian Natural Resources Monitoring Database, Harmful Non-Indigenous Species Database, and a Hawaii-wide survey of alien species data sources.
