The AECMN Conference:

Stanford LABScI will be presenting the Hospital School Science Project at the annual Association for the Education of Children with Medical Needs (AECMN) National Conference on November 9, 2012. LPCH Hospital School teachers Kathy Ho and Dave Berry, along with Stanford graduate and undergraduate students Tom Lampo, Darien Niamir, Julia Cambre, and Arie Kim will travel to Portland, Oregon to explain the LABScI experiments to hospital school teachers from around the country. Teachers will have the opportunity to try hands-on activities from the Optics: Laser Lab, the Electrolysis: Splitting Water Lab, and the Kinematics: Gravity lab.
