Nicole Mayer Research Assistant in Organizational Behavior Graduate School of Business
Nicole graduated in 2007 from The Ohio State University with her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She is currently a senior research assistant in the Graduate School of Business Behavioral Lab. Presently, her research falls under two main categories: attitudes and pro-social behavior, or gratitude. Specifically, for attitudes, she is interested in how attitudes that are either affectively-based or cognitively-based can be changed based on the persuasive message presented. She is also beginning research that examines diminishing returns on gratitude, both for the giver and the receiver.
