Abnormal Pupariation of Myb Mutants

    Animals with a wild type Myb gene are marked by the presence of a fluorescent FM7-GFP balancer chromosome.  Animals with only a mutant Myb gene (MH107) are non-fluorescent.  Note the absence of normal structures within the MH107 pupal case on the right.
