    The dominant Black Cell (Bc) mutation was used to enumerate blood cells (small black dots) in both wild type (WT) and Myb mutant (MH107) larvae.  There is a dramatic decrease in blood cells in the mutant animals. [Colin Davidson, Chao-Kung Chen and Joe Lipsick, unpublished]
