<p>The Legal Issues Centre at the University of Otago Faculty of Law is delighted to invite you to the <strong><em>Australian and New Zealand Legal Ethics Colloquium</em></strong> to be held in Dunedin, <strong>New Zealand on 9th and 10thFebruary 2012.</strong></p>
<p>The theme for this colloquium will be: -<br />
<strong>Is Adversarialism Dead? New Foundations for Legal Process and Lawyers&#8217; Ethics</strong></p>

<p><strong>Colloquium Papers and Abstracts</strong></p>
<p>The Colloquium will provide a forum for participants to share their work and to contribute to rigorous discussion and consideration of issues surrounding the ethical implications of civil justice reform. An invitation is given for participants to present papers on legal, sociological, psychological and philosophical approaches to lawyers&#8217; ethics. <strong>If you wish to give a paper please email us a title/abstract [maximum of 300 words] at your earliest convenience and before the closing date of 25th November 2011.</strong></p>
<p>It is proposed that papers presented at the Colloquium, together with other papers to be presented at <strong><a href="http://www.ucalgary.ca/ilec5/" target="_blank">ILEC 5 in Banff, Alberta 12-14th July 2012</a></strong>, will be considered for inclusion in an edited collection to be published under the auspices of the <a href="http://www.otago.ac.nz/law/lic/index.html" target="_blank">University of Otago Legal Issues Centre</a>.</p>
