Seminar Synopsis:
The seminar will provide an introduction to basic techniques for self-defense
and awareness. The student will have opportunities to participate and
practice with others in a safe and supportive group environment.
Our seminar is unique. It allows participants to practice full-force
self-defense on actual people.
Our club members put on full protective gear and let
participants really hit them. Participants see what a real life situation
is like and that they have the strength to fight back.
Goals of the Seminar:
To give the student a framework to understand better ways for self protection
and defense.
