Basic Service Feature
Call Waiting
Call Waiting allows you to answer a call when you’re already on the line and switch between the two. Call Waiting is included at no charge with basic telephone service. Detailed Instructions
Additional Service Feature Package
If you want Caller ID and Voice Mail, you order a second phone line ("additional service") with these two features as a package.
Caller ID
Caller ID lets you see the phone numbers of calls coming into your phone if you have a Caller ID box or display phone (equipment not included with service). Detailed Instructions | Rates
Voice Mail
An optional service available for use with touch-tone phones, voice mail offers the basic function of an answering machine – plus many additional features – without the inconvenience of purchasing and hooking up a machine to the telephone in your unit. Detailed Instructions | Rates
