Effective March 1, 2006, the online CSO is no longer available for the submission of IT Service Orders. To order Communication Services, please go to the IT Services Site: itservices.stanford.edu.
Department Contacts must be given access authority to login to the IT Services Site. For information about access to this site, go to the IT Services Help Site: itserviceshelp.stanford.edu.
If you do not have access to the IT Services Site, submit a HelpSU request. Select Request Category "Web Applications, Web Sites". Select Request Type "IT Services (ITSS billing-departments)". In the Description field, enter one or both of the following:
- To request statement viewing access, enter the account numbers you need access to.
- To request service ordering access [for University Department Contacts only] enter in the 4-digit job-owning organization code that you support (e.g., CHYR). Hospital Contacts should enter the Employee Cost Centers.
Training sessions on how to use this site are available. To view the current schedule of classes, login to Axess and select the Training tab. Click Search Catalog and search for the course title "IT Services Site". Click the course link to view the schedule. You must enroll to attend one of these classes.
In addition to the regularly scheduled classes, in March IT Services is offering three walk-in, hands-on help sessions. Bring in your order requests and questions, and get real-time assistance in creating department work orders using the IT Services site. No registration is required for these walk-in sessions. (Note: these sessions are not substitutes for the regularly scheduled IT Services site training.)
