ISO Hike

We set out to the beautiful Butano Park.
The weather reports weren’t very promising but they didn’t deter us. The Hike started with a 45 minutes assent with minimal stops, but it was well worth the wonderful ocean views that the book promised, but were blocked that day by the excessive clouds. The walk from then on was very easy as the forest thickened around us and just as we got to the Redwood Grove Weather Forecasting proved to be an exact science and rain started poring. We were patient for a while, but the rain finally broke us down and we cut our hike short and headed back to the cars.
The rain didn’t stop us however from cooking sage (MARVA) tea on a stove (GAZIA), accompanied with real Elite VAFFLIM!! We then headed straight to Half Moon Bay for warm bowls of soup.
All in all it was great!!
