Minimum Size
Signatures should always be reproduced at a size where they are clearly legible. 1.25 inches is the minimum size for printed materials. The signatures may need to be larger when they are reproduced via low-resolution media such as on websites or in presentations, in order to retain design integrity. The signature without seal will reproduce best in low resolution environments.

Special Seal Artwork
Gif format artwork for the seal and for Stanford signatures with seals made available in the download section of this Web site use a version of the seal that is enhanced to increase legibility at small sizes on screen. If you need other sizes of this special seal artwork, please contact the Director of Business Development at trademarks@stanford.edu or (650) 723-3331. Gif format artwork is for use on screen only and should never appear on printed communications.
