Takashi Tachikawa

Research Interests

I'm working on the thin film of anatase TiO2. Anatase TiO2 attracts much attention as an environmental friendly devices such as photocatalyst, superhydrophilic materials, and dye sensitized solar cells. In these devices, anatase TiO2 nano particles or powders are used in order to obtain large surface area which is important parameter for the efficiency of chemical reactions. However, it is difficult to characterize and control their basic physical properties in nano particles.
