Celebrating Memorial Day Weekend. Wishing all of you a safe & fun filled time. Things are well here :o) Our weekend was laid back and very nice. The weather was warmer the early part of the weekend, but got a little bit cooler as the weekend went on. Thankfully. The hotter weather we can not be out in due to we temperature regulate Nicholas, It has hit high 90's and humid a couple days. Ughh. I so love the more fallish weather. Sunny, mid 70's with a breeze. Perfect weather to wear whatever comfy clothes, jeans sweatshirt or shorts. It is so nice to just sit out & enjoy. It was David's birthday on the 26th - he and Sydney our daughter shared a father daughter day. They went out to breakfast - shared their day finishing the shed in our back yard. To me that wouldn't sound like much fun, but she enjoyed it. We had gotten some free siding from a awesome couple off of the Craiglist. They got the shed done, which was nice. It has been unfinished for almost 3 years. Just did not have the time or the money to do it sooner. They had a coffee break and got themselves cool-lata's and later on had take out chinese. They had a good day for themselves. David enjoyed his birthday. Later that evening we did gifts & had cake. Nicholas & I enjoyed our day as well. We played with so many of his birthday things. It was fun. He is so cute and loving. His expressions are priceless. We watched a few of his movies he had gotten he loves the donkey in Shrek. He giggled every time the donkey would talk, I got a kick out of it myself. We also did some home schooling, I read him some books, we played with some of his musical baby einstein toys. We had ourselves a fun filled day. He was ear to ear smiles, he always is, that is what makes life beautiful. His nature is so wonderful. His little face & his precious smile is so contagious. Sunday David had to work, Sydney had a friend sleep over the night before, my brotehr & his daughter KK and his friend came over, we had a BBQ. We cooked out but ate in, the weather was cooler but still not enough for Nicholas to be outdoors. It was fun - I enjoy the quality time with my brother. He is a good man. After our company left. Sydney went to the drive in with her Megan and her mom. They later had a sleep over at our house. David still was working, Nicholas & I sat out in the early evening on the front swing, enjoyed the night air and the beauty of outdoors. My little fury guy beethovan, he is our family pet, but considered more as our other child. He is, he is a very important & special part of our family. He is a very loving little dog. Nicholas adores him, laughs at him. It is cute to see them interact. Today Memorial day still a little warm out. We hung out most of the day, Sydney still had her friend Megan over, later when the sun went down & the air was cooler, we did some errands. Trip to AC Moore for some supplies for 2 projects Sydney is working on for school. She is doing a project for Math & Science. Then we went to Toys R Us to spend the rest of Nicholas's gift card. He got 4 new outfits, so so cute. He smiles so big when I tell him how handsome he is. He also got new socks and some onesies. New binkies and bottles. A new small hand held stuffy friend. It's darling looking, Nicholas likes it so. It's the perfect size for him to chew on. We got back to the house, had dinner and enjoyed outdoors on the swing. The little one next door, she is sweet. She is a year and 1/2. She loves our fury guy too. She came over and hung out with us for a little bit. Nicholas and I sat on the swing, enjoying watching Sydney & the little one playing with Beethovan. It was a nice relaxing evening. The weekend was enjoyable and full of smiles. I hope also with you. Well we are watching disney channel and Nicholas is having his bedtime bottle. We are comfy in PJ's and ready anytime for catching some sweet dreams zzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Good night, talk to you all soon. Hugs Angel
