I am the Grandfather of a beautiful 3 day old little girl, Emily. She was just diagnosed with this condition. I have been on the web since finding out. Emily has no facial abnormalities, she seems to be functioning normaly for her age. The reason for being tested for this was the failure of three audiological tests. She is slated for an MRI and chromosonal testing. My concern is helping my daughter and son-in-law to be optomistic. I have worked in the human service field with developmentally disabled so I have some experience with different levels of affected people. I'm rambling...sorry. If anyone would care to share their thoughts with me, I would greatly appreciate it
