my name is amy on june the 4th last year i had a little girl called jessica that had holoprosencephaly semi lobar she was 4 weeks old when she came out of hospital and in england they dont see many cases of the condition she was rare as well cause she had a midline cleft and no gentic factors of the condition she had no trimony 13. she sadly aged 8 weeks died after she had a flu bug and never really recoverd after this and on the 1st of august she was taken to heaven by god to be one of his angels and to watch over me and her family .i miss her so much but i know she wasnt for keeps cause she was to special to be here . jessica has a little sister carly jessica shes called and she is healthy and well she is two weeks old now and she is goin to no everything about her big sister and she will visit the grave with mummy and daddy . miss u jessie lots of love and hugs mummy and daddy
