Rachel was born in March 2002. She is a twin to a typical brother. Rachel was diagnosed with semil lobar HPE at about 5 days old. She continues to have many struggles with diabetes insipidus, reflux, seizures, and CP but she is dearly loved by her family and 3 siblings.
