Im Romela Arias from Cebu City, Philippines.My 2nd child is a HPE child, she diagnose when shes 4 months old.I was not aware that Im pregnant at that time of pregnancy. I visit to my dentist at the time of my 1st week of pregnancy,i took my teeth that moment. I took medicines after that and my blood sugar that moment was too high which I didnt mind. Which affect it very much to my child now. Shes quite small for her age now. Shes only weigh 9.5 kgs and shes 3 years old already. Im work only part time as school nurse.
